大连保税区天河能源有限公司，是以经营煤炭、石化产品、燃料油的能源公司。在河北省张家口市设有煤炭储运场；唐山海港开发区（京唐港）设有燃料油储运基地，现有储油罐七座，储油量达2万立方米，油品装卸地下管线直达船码头和铁路专用线管井，油库距装卸油轮码头200米，可停靠1千1万吨的油轮，油库距铁路专用线100米，可装卸油品2500吨左右，具备储运、加热、地下管输、装卸汽车、火车、油船的能力。
